MyCII : A member services platform for a business association

MyCII was created as a services platform to provide CII members quality access to membership services. The system provides over half million industry contacts with CII services. Personalised emails are auto sent to all subscribers with business information of their individual interest like Global tenders, CII events, business news in their sector… MyCII has since evolved into an internal productivity tool that streamlines administrative and marketing process for the staff. From Membership Management to Event Budgets, Event marketing, Requisitions, POs and Supplier bill processing. Event registrations and invoicing to HR systems and MIS Dashboards. The system is hosted in Azure Cloud, Data is stored in MS SQL and MongoDB, Documents are stored in Blob and Power BI is used extensively for creating dashboards.
